Today, when I woke up, I felt dizzy so, I took my temperature and I found that I had a fever.

So, Mom made me stay home because she was afraid that I might have gotten h1n1. I got back into bed and stayed there until 10:00am and felt well enough to get up. At lunch, I took my temperature again and found that my temperature had started rising. Dad became worried that I might have caught h1n1 from Jerry and said he would bring me to the doctor.

After I had eaten lunch, Dad brought me to the doctor and waited in the waiting room for the doctor to call my name. After about 10 minutes, the nurse called me and we went into thedoctor's office. He examined me for a moment and checked my breathing, heartbeat, ear, and even stuck something wooden in my mouth and nearly choked me. Then he said to go outside and wait again while they checked. A while later, they called us back and told Dad that I didn't but I had a flu. They stuck another long wooden stick in my mouth and actually did choke me but this time, they also stuck a plastic or something thingy. They wrapped up the plastic thingy and told Dad to bring it downstairs and get it checked again, just in case, and get the medicine. Unfortunatly, by that time, he was late for a important appointment and had to hurry back home and set off to get there on time. As a result, I didn't get my medicine but, we did find out that I didn't have h1n1.

When we got home, Dad drove off and Mom was sleeping. When Dad came back, he cooked dinner and everyone took their temperature except Dad who was busy cooking. Mom's temperature was the highest, 103.?? Farenheit and mine was even higher than Jerry's, and he had h1n1! Mom had a huge fever that was the highest in the family. We were all afraid that she had also caught h1n1. Tomorrow, Dad's probably going to take her to the doctor too.

Two weeks before last Friday, my parents went to Diet Camp. They left after they dropped my brother, Jerry and I at school, leaving us in the care of my uncle, Uncle Wei-i.

As a result, I missed my concert and was very annoyed when he picked us up after school. He drove us directly to JhongLi, to pick up my Grandma, and then to Taipei to pick up my cousin, Louis, from school.

 The next day, we woke up at 8:00 and Uncle Wei-i made us hurry and be ready to leave in 30 minutes so we could go visit Mom and Dad.

"We're too ti-ti-tired," Louis, Jerry, and I yawned, "Go away..." Uncle Wei-i shooed us out of the house anyway and into the car. In about 10 minutes we were on our way, with Louis and Jerry snoozing on Gran's shoulder.

We all woke up when we were almost there and stared out the window until Gran said "There it is!" We jumped out as soon as Uncle found a parking space. and ran in to find out which room Mom and Dad were in and where they were now. Mom and Dad were in Room 511 or 510, I forgot, and they were at the top floor listenin to a teacher give lectures.

All of us kids ran upstairs and zoomed up and down the long corridors we saw a room with a ping pong table and a pool table and a room with a playground. then we ran up the stairs and saw Mom and Dad sitting in a room with tons of people in there. A lady walked up to us and asked us to please be quiet and that no children were allowed inside there. All of us were disappointed and so we all sat down by the door to wait for them to come out.

This week, there's not much news, but there are some events coming up at our school soon.

Field Day:
Next Saturday is our school's upcoming field day! It's at the track, next to the bigger basketball court. If you get lost, ask anyone around where the field is and they'll tell you. The races start at 8:00am. You should come cheer for my class, Class 6A! I'm participating only in the class relay though.

Birthdays this Month:
On November 2nd is my grandma's birthday. Also, on Nov. 5 is my friend Angelica's birthday. Then after that, is my cousin, Louis' birthday. Aaaand, last but not least, on the 13th is my friend Jennifer's birthday. I got them all presents but, I still need something for Jen...

Midterms:
We got our test papers back this week and my grades weren't very good. At least I didn't lose my head completely and get under 30%, like my brother did last year in Chinese. Luckily I didn't get anything under 50% so far and obviously my worst score was in Chinese, because I actually did almost lose my head and just scribbled down anything I thought might be the answer. Jerry got even worse than I did in Chinese.

About two week ago I made I made a Moodle account! It's our school website and if you join you can see the schedule of the classes ahead of time. You can also see the homework and the notes you have to take from, like say, yesterday. That way if you forgot to take the notes during class you can just copy it from the computer or if you forgot the homework you can just log on and search. If you have a Moodle account, please add me as your friend if you know me! My username is cindysineachen. My courses are Science, Math, Humanities, English, Art, Computer, CSS and lots of other ones.

I made a Facebook account too, about one week ago though, not two weeks. I would like some new friends so120, again, if you know me and have a Facebook account please add me! If you use Facebook you should get a pet at Rockyoupets in Facebook! Just type in `Rockyoupets’ in the search box at the top of the home160 page in your account. After that I don't know but, after you make a pet you go to that place on the side with a giant picture and under it it says 'Go to Application'. You click that then it shows you your pet! Take care of your pet by feeding and hugging and washing it when it needs it. It’s really fun. You can battle other pets or race them and earn experience. If you grow levels you earn money and get more privileges.

There’s going to be a concert on October 14, 2009 At IBSH, NEHS in Hsinchu. It starts at 6:00pm~9:00pm. But the bad news is that you have to pay 50nt to get in, even if you’re performing. We’re supposed sing a song called `Tell Me Why’ sung by Declan Galbraith.

Part 2- Our Trip to Guoshi

Chapter 6- Hot Springs

The hot springs were very warm and cosy. It was also very relaxing. All of us kids rolled up our pants and waded around the spring trying to find a nice warm place to stand or maybe sit. Rebecca and all the other kids walked slowly to one place while I walked to the place where the super hot spring water runs into the spring that I was standing. It felt so good, especially because it was so early in the morning, very cold and bitter. I liked it so much that I didn't move until I had to. Mom walked over and also felt the relaxing, warm, cosy water.
She said "Now I know why you've been standing there all the time, it feels really good." Finally we were ready to go explore and find somethig to enjoy besides the hot springs.

Chapter 7-Swimming

"We're going swimming!" Rebecca told me! I quickly changed into my swimming suit and grabbed my goggles and headed to their room.
 "Hurry, hurry!" Rebecca cried to me from the elevator, "We were about to leave without you!" I rushed to the elevator and made it just in time.When we got to the swimming pool I climbed in and sat down in the warmer shallower pool. The rest of them jumped in the cold-&-deep-enough-to-stand-in pool. They started to play Dive-to-get-the-ring , Catch-the-ball, and Frisbee. I watched, knowing that eventully someone would start crying or getting mad. I was right, Louis started crying because someone wrestled the frisbee out of his hands. Even though I knew someone will get hurt eventully it looked fun so I joined in. When we started a game of Catch-the-Frisbee-and-You'll-Get-Points I got the frisbee for the 21th or so time the other kids started to try and grab the frisbee and so as a result, my arm got twisted, trying to hold onto it. I stopped playing for a while and then after my arm got better, I joined in again. It was fun.

Chapter 1-Packing

Our house was a mess. My brother, Jerry was stuffing half of his stuffed dogs into his black suitcase. Finally he wound up having the mother dog, the eldest puppy, the twin puppies, the littlest puppy, my stuffed kitten, my teddy bear, some clothes, and his swimming gear. I packed some of my clothes, swimming things, some money(for emergencies), and my beanbag in my pink suitcase. Finally we were ready to go. We loaded onto my dad's BMW and picked up my grandma and cousin, Louis. We were on the way to Guoshi!
