The next day, we woke up at 8:00 and Uncle Wei-i made us hurry and be ready to leave in 30 minutes so we could go visit Mom and Dad.
"We're too ti-ti-tired," Louis, Jerry, and I yawned, "Go away..." Uncle Wei-i shooed us out of the house anyway and into the car. In about 10 minutes we were on our way, with Louis and Jerry snoozing on Gran's shoulder.
We all woke up when we were almost there and stared out the window until Gran said "There it is!" We jumped out as soon as Uncle found a parking space. and ran in to find out which room Mom and Dad were in and where they were now. Mom and Dad were in Room 511 or 510, I forgot, and they were at the top floor listenin to a teacher give lectures.
All of us kids ran upstairs and zoomed up and down the long corridors we saw a room with a ping pong table and a pool table and a room with a playground. then we ran up the stairs and saw Mom and Dad sitting in a room with tons of people in there. A lady walked up to us and asked us to please be quiet and that no children were allowed inside there. All of us were disappointed and so we all sat down by the door to wait for them to come out.
Evnetually, Mom came out to go to the bathroom and saw us waiting there. Her mouth fell open in shock and hurried out to ask what we were doing here. As soon she got to me, I started complaining about how I missed my concert. She was sorry but there was nothing she could do.
She gave us the pass for thier room and told us we could wait down there till they finished thier class. Lois, Jerry and I ran down as soon as we got it and opened the door and explored. There wasn't much but there was a large bathroom, a big, comfy-looking bed, and a small, working TV. There was also a little closet and a porch as big as half of bathroom. As soon as we took in all of this we jumped on the bed and and turned on the TV.
Soon we got bored of the TV and came out and went to the PingPong\Pool room while I watched them play. They tried playing Pool and they sucked at it but they liked it anyway so they kept playing.
The next few hours we went shopping, played on a sandy area and discover the water to be hot so we build a little hot spring, and rode an old 'train'. The hour before we were going to go, we went to the playground. It was very small and the playground was for like preschoolers. I started opening the cupboards and discover big building blocks and a box of plastic balls. I suggested a 'snow'ball fight and so there was a mad rush for the building blocks, as everyone wanted a good fort. Eventually, my fort bcame impossible to conquer and the boys both surrendered. By that time, it was time to go.We sadly left the stuff for a little girl that was wandering around and helping keeping me company.
In 10 minutes we were on our way home and Jerry and Louis nodded off smiling at the fun 'snow'ball fight.
