Today was much better than yesterday and a thousand times better than the day before that, I admit.
Today, as usual, we were late. But, at least there was some improvement. This time we were only 35 minutes late, not as bad as yesterday, 40 minutes, or the day before that, 45 minutes. 10 minutes earlier than when we first arrived. But then again, the more class you ditch the better, in some cases.
Anyway, the first thing we saw when we walked into the "classroom" was that, once again, the other kids were playing cards. Mr. lin gave them a couple minutes to play before starting class.
The first thing he did was pass out 3 pieces of paper. The first had lots of questions on it. He told us to paste them all on our notebooks. Then he tried to translate the 1st question to us. Q:There's a well, 10 meters high. At the bottom there's a frog. Every day, it climbs 3 meters up. Every night, it falls down 2 meters. How many days will it take to climb up? A:???(Please post the answer if you can figure it out.)
When we got it, we skipped all the other stuff and went directly to the 3rd piece of paper. You can do this on Club Penguin at www.miniclip.com if you become a secret agent. Q: You have 10 liters of oil in one big jar filled to its top. You also have 2 empty jars, one can hold 7 liters, and one can hold 3 liters. You can't measure how much you have unless the jar is filled to the top. You only have those 3 jars. Now someone wants to buy 5 liters. How do you measure out the 5 liters? A:???(No giving too much or too less. The person doesn't have a measuring cup or anything. Figure it out by yourself. No Cheating!)
By the time we figured it out, it was lunchtime. Jerry, my lazy brother, didn't do anything, and just tried to copy mine since I was 3rd to figure out but I didn't let him and said he'd better figure it out or I'm gonna kill him. For lunch we had hot pot and apples for dessert. It was good, but I liked yesterday's lunch better. We watched TV while we ate, and I'm glad we didn't watch Avatar, we watched YoYo TV and Cartoon Network instead. spongebob and MiLu or whatever it's called.
As soon as lunch was over and we finished watching Tv, we starting making the big project. We were making a lamp! You need a small box, a straw, batteries, the battery holder thing, a lightbulb, wires, tape, and creativity. If you want to know how to make it, go search it online because it's too long to type out. The lamp making took the rest of the afternoon and when those two 5th grade girls finished, they started watching TV and playing stuff. Mine wouldn't stand straight so I put in a cup to hold it steady. Then when I was done, I started decorating it.
Soon, Mr. Lin started passing out the prizes to the people who answered the questions of the last 2 days first. I got a prize, but it turned out I couldn't eat it because I'm allergic to peanuts and soy beans, and the chocolate had peanuts. I eventually ended up with a tiny piece of light chocolate, and a chunk of dark. I hate dark chocolate. I love light and milk chocolate. After that, I played hide-and-seek with 4 of the littler boys, including Jerry. Unfortunatly we only played 3 rounds, me 2 rounds because the first one I was still eating chocolate and cranberries that we just got for a snack. Today was the last day of the camp.
Then we went down, because the little son of the the teacher insisted on going to the playground. But by the time we got there it was time for Jerry(5th grade), Jerry(4th grade), Jorryn, Coco, and I to go. We carpool on the way to and from the camp. As soon as wee got to the gate, Coco's mom pulled up. Perfect timing, Jerry(5th) announced.
